By using Food Kingdoms services you comply with the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, if at any point you are not happy with the agreement please contact Food Kingdoms and refrain from using the services provided.

Ownership
At all times the Ordering Engine remains the property of Food Kingdoms. You are effectively paying to rent our Ordering Engine for the term of your membership. If you have purchased the Standard Package you should be aware that the website we have designed for you also remains the property of Food Kingdoms. If you have purchased the Custom Package you should be aware that the website we have designed for you will belong to you to keep. If you have received a fax machine from Food Kingdoms which you have not paid for, the fax machine remains the property of Food Kingdoms.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel our service anytime within the first 3 months of your purchase.
All purchases are subject to a non-refundable admin charge set at 25% of the Setup Price/One Off Payment of the product.
If you have received a fax machine from Food Kingdoms which you have not paid for, you must return the fax machine to Food Kingdoms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Food Kingdoms supply services with robust integrity, if any unfortunate incident should occur; Food Kingdoms cannot be held responsible.
We would like to remind you, Food Kingdoms has robustly tested the system on your behalf as part of our responsibilities. By reading the Disclaimer of Warranties you assume the risk of any damages or loss incurred. The incapability of using the service to its full potential permitted by law is also without warranty. We would like to add that Food Kingdoms disclaim any warranties regarding the performances, service and sales representative abilities.

We cannot warrant Food Kingdoms system being up to your requirements, this also includes interruptions of any kind and a flawless system.
Please understand Food Kingdoms responsibility to you has restraints, with the complexity of the system and possibly external factors we cannot guarantee the service will be free of all errors, this includes the design, environment and the possible long terms effect of damage or loss to you.
By the outmost extent permitted by law, in no circumstances is Food Kingdoms accountable for damages of any kind, this includes big, small, special circumstances, degrade in revenue and data relating to system performance, service, connections or any material provided by Food Kingdoms.
The agreement will be initiative regardless of any damages out of infringement, legal scheme and action. Under no circumstances will Food Kingdoms amend your contract and policy under your current agreement without notifying you, this includes the total amount you pay regardless if this was an increase or decrease, henceforth the service we provide will remain constant unless proclaimed otherwise.

Law Provisions
The agreement and services stated will be in act of the United Kingdom, avoiding the conflicting laws externally and with your country of residence.
This agreement also contemplates and voids the possibility of an authority ruling that the agreement is incompetent, the terms and condition will remain in full effect. All the conditions of agreement are comprise with the party of Food Kingdoms and you, verbal, written and communication as of date are not inscribe on this agreement.

Food Kingdoms reserve the rights to evaluate the terms & conditions of this agreement, cease contracts, reassess the pricing scheme and change the services at any given time, in notice but without liability to you or third parties. It is advisable for you to review the terms and conditions and policies frequently so you are aware of slight changes and abide the guidelines of such conditions.
