We believe communication is very important therefore we will update you with our progress, if you require slight changes in colour, image editing or format changes we are happy to accommodate your requests. What if my images and my logo are not in electronic format?
This is not a problem, your images and your logo may be in many different formats, if they are a hard copy then clients are welcome to send in their images via post or alternatively hand it to our sales representative so we can professionally scan it in for you. Alternatively you can send us a link to the images and logo and we will depict them ourselves.

If I already have a website, can I just get the ordering engine?
Yes, we expect some organisations to have their own website already and we are here to adapt to your needs. We understand some clients may not want to change their website and so we will adapt our ordering engine to your needs either by creating an iFrame within your existing website for ordering online or by extending a link from your site.

What if in future I want changes to my details and menu?
We encourage changes as this is essential to business and it is recommended that you change weekly or daily, therefore we can provide you with two options. If you would like to handle the changes for yourself we offer you the tools to do so and we also provide you with training on how to use these tools and thus customise your details. If you prefer a more technical or advanced modification to your website, then our expert designers can do it for you. All we ask is a small fee in return for the time it takes us to make these changes which will achieve a better quality result.

What if I want a website, but I don't want the online ordering engine?
No problem. Website design is one of the key aspects of our business. Having a website still allows you to benefit from the marketing presence and the forwarding of information to your customers. As a stand alone website, your location, contact details, information about you, testimonials, links, email address and menu are all inclusive in this package.

Can clients still order online if I don't have easy access to a computer?
Yes. A computer is not a necessity for our system to work. Although having a computer is advisable in order to update the website manually. The system works by ordering online from the customer's location and their order information can be forwarded to your branch via the fax machine. The orders are computer generated so they are easy to read and are easily accessible with out the need for a computer with internet capabilities. We also offer the flexibility of sending online orders to your email account; alternatively we can even send them to both your fax and email.

What information is displayed through online ordering?
The system will send you all the relevant data in order to make a successful transaction. By ordering online from your menu you will receive typical information such as the payment details, customer name, location, contact number, dishes requested, assorted comments and details as to whether the order is for collection or delivery.
