Restaurant Website Sign Up Form
To sign up you must first decide whether you
need a Personalized Domain Name (e.g. yourdomain.co.uk) and / or an Ordering Engine and then choose a
Standard Website Template or a Custom Website
Template. Once you have done so, enter the Item
Number in the form below. If you have understood our Pricing Scheme and
made the payment on our website through Google Checkout, please also quote your
Payment Reference Number in the form below. For either case our staff
will contact you within the next 24 hours as soon as we receive your sign up
information.

Food Kingdoms Ordering Engine
For Email & Fax (not provided): Free Setup, £24 Annual Membership and
30p for each online order or online table
reservation.
Choose this option when you already have a website that you are happy with and you just want to provide online food ordering facility on your website.

Standard Website Template
Prices are £299 Setup Fee for a Standard Website Template
(as shown below) with Food Kingdom subdomain name (e.g.
yourdomain.foodkingdom.com) or £299 Setup Fee + £12 Annual Membership
with your Personlized Domain Name (e.g. yourdomain.co.uk) and free
Ordering Engine. Food Kingdoms offers you a wide range of standard templates to choose from, and currently we are
providing you with 21 different templates: from Item#
FKSW1 to Item# FKSW21
.We will
constantly add new templates for you to pick up.
Choose this option when you need a standard website and don't wish to
spend a lot of money. Please refer to the Standard Package in the Prices Page
for the detailed price plan.
Custom Website Template
Prices are £499 Setup and £12 Annual Membership for a Custom Website Template
with your Personalized Domain Name (e.g. yourdomain.co.uk) and free Ordering Engine.
If you would like to have your own customized template other than the standard templates above, Food Kingdoms will work with you closely to analyse
your requirements and preferences and design a new template tailored to your needs. If this is something you'd like to have, please enter Item# FKCW in the form below.
